Please note that flower shades may differ and foliage may vary depending on the supplies. In the event that any assortment of flowers are not available, rest assured that we will find the next closest pick to replace it.

Please ensure that you input all the details pertaining to your order correctly (e.g. Balloon Templates, Personalised Name and Delivery Details). No changes will be allow after 10th May 2022, and strictly no changing of product once order is placed.

There will be strictly no refund and cancellation once the order has been placed.

💢Delivery Arrangement💢
No specific timing deliveries will be available on 13th & 14th May. All deliveries will be made between 10AM – 8PM. For specific timing, you can opt for self collection during checkout. Upon reaching the recipient’s address, any restrictions from the building’s management, wrong address provided or recipient not at the given address will be deemed as a failed delivery. An additional $20 will be charged for the redelivery on 15th May and the delivery timing will be based on THAT’s schedule.

If you do not wish to pay for the redelivery fee, you may request for self-collection on 15th May between 10AM-2PM. All other options are unavailable (e.g. Refund).
