We (The Hot Air Theory) offers free delivery for all products in our online retail stores. For same day delivery, orders must be placed before 2PM.
Delivery Information
- Free Delivery (Same Day Available!)
- We have 3 Free Delivery slots,
- 10AM – 2PM (Cuts off at 8AM)
- 2PM – 6PM (Cuts off at 12 Noon)
- 6PM – 10PM (Cuts off at 2PM)
- Free deliveries will be made ANYTIME between your selected time slot. We strictly do not cater to any specific time request for our Free delivery . Should there be a need for specific timing delivery, please kindly select Express Delivery during checkout.
- For Same day delivery, orders must be placed before 2PM (on the same day). For ALL orders placed after 2PM, acceptance of orders will be subjected to The Hot Air Theory’s availability.

- We offer express timing delivery of a 2 Hours range at a flat rate of $25.

- Failed Delivery
- Under these conditions, We cannot accept the responsibility for any failed / late deliveries.
- Incorrect Address given, Missing unit number, Wrong postal code. Etc
- No Valid means to contact both Recipient & Buyer.
- Recipient is not present in the given location.
- Restrictions from Building’s Management / Security.
- Under these conditions, We cannot accept the responsibility for any failed / late deliveries.
In any situation receiver is uncontactable, we will always call you (buyer) for instructions. Under Circumstances both “Buyer” and “Receiver” is uncontactable, and we can’t leave it with anyone. After 10minutes of wait, this delivery will be deemed as FAILED.
A Re-Delivery / Self Collection will be re-scheduled based on The Hot Air Theory’s scheduling. For ALL redelivery, there will be a delivery cost of $20.

- Upon checkout, customer will be allow to select Self Collect option and it will be done at our studio @ Primax, 22 New industrial road, Singapore 536208.
- Self collection time slots are:
- 10AM – 12PM
- 12PM – 2PM
- 2PM – 4PM
- Please kindly collect your order by 4PM as our studio closes at 4PM daily.
- Any changes request must be send in via email at hello@thehotairtheory.com / whatsapp to 87381258 ONE day before your delivery date. Any request to change on the day will be subjected to availability. We reserve the right to reject any last mintue changes. For rescheduling of Delivery, there will be $20 flat rate.
