Read before ordering

  1. Mother’s Day products are available for delivery and collection only on 9th and 10th May 2026.
  2. All other products, including add-ons, are not available for these dates (9th–10th May 2026). Please do not combine Mother’s Day items with other products in your cart, as date selection will be unavailable at checkout.
  3. Complimentary delivery slots are limited each day. Once fully booked, only self-collection will be available.
  4. Enjoy 10% off all Mother’s Day products. Early bird promotion is valid until 3rd May 2026. Use code: MDAY2026 at checkout.
  5. All orders are final. No changes, cancellations, or amendments to products are allowed once an order is placed.
  6. Changes to delivery details will not be accepted after 8th May 2026, 2:00 PM.

Delivery Policy

  1. Deliveries on 9th and 10th May 2026 will be scheduled anytime between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM.
    Strictly no express or time-specific delivery is available. If you require a specific timing, please opt for self-collection.
  2. Any changes to order details (e.g. delivery information) must be submitted before 8th May 2026, 2:00 PM. Requests made after this deadline will be subject to approval on a case-by-case basis.
  3. Upon arrival, our driver will wait for a maximum of 5 minutes from the first point of contact. Situations such as restricted access by building management, incorrect or incomplete address details, or recipient unavailability will be considered a failed delivery.

    A redelivery fee of $20 will apply, and redelivery will be scheduled on our next working day based on our routing.

    If you prefer not to proceed with redelivery, you may arrange for self-collection on the next working day between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Refunds and alternative arrangements are not available.

  4. For deliveries to restaurants or hotels, please coordinate with the venue in advance and provide your reservation reference, guest’s full name, and/or room number. Any restrictions imposed by the venue will be treated as a failed delivery.

  5. Hospital deliveries are not available on 9th–10th May 2026.
