Mother’s Day Gifts
Read before ordering
1. Mother’s Day Products are only available for 9th, 10th and 11th May 2025.
2. Other products inclusive of Add Ons, are not available for ordering on 9-11th May 2025. Please refrain from adding both Mother’s Day & other products into your shopping cart for all of the mentioned dates as you won’t be able to choose any date at the checkout page.
3. We have Limited Free Delivery slots per day.
Once slots are filled, only Self Collection would be available.
4. 10% Off all Mother’s Day Products. Early bird discount is valid till 4th May 2025. Checkout with “MDAY2025”
5. Once order is placed, strictly no changing of product & cancellation is allowed.
6. No changes to delivery details will be allowed after 7th May 2025.
Delivery Policy
1. All deliveries for 9th, 10th and 11th May 2025, will be made anytime between 9AM-9PM.
(Strictly no express delivery is allowed, you may arrange for Self-Collection if you need it by a specific time)
2. Delivery Time Slots for 8th May will be as per normal. (10-2pm, 2-6pm, 6-10pm)
3. Changing of order details (e.g delivery details) for 9th-11th May must be done before 7th May, 2359. All request made after, will be based on case by case basis.
4. Upon arrival at the delivery address, driver will only wait up to a maximum of 5mins from the first point of contact, any restrictions from the building’s management, wrong address provided, missing details or recipient not at the given address will be deemed as a failed delivery. An additional $20 will be charged for the redelivery on our next working day and the delivery timing will be based on THAT’s schedule.
If you do not wish to pay for the redelivery fee, you may request for self collection on our next working day between 10AM-4PM. All other options are unavailable (e.g. Refund).
5. For restaurants/hotels deliveries, please do liaise with the staff and kindly provide us with your reservation reference, full name of the guest and/or room number. Any restrictions from the staff, will be deem as failed delivery.
6. No hospital deliveries will be available for 9th – 11th May 2025.
7. Do take a look at our restricted areas before placing the order (At the bottom of the page > Useful Links > Delivery Information > Restrict Areas).
